Vitamin Push-Up provides general fitness guidance, workout tracking, push-up coaching content, reminders, and progress tracking.
Vitamin Push-Up is not medical advice, is not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Exercise involves risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether you are healthy enough to exercise and for using proper form and judgment.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, faintness, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or concerns about your ability to exercise safely.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Vitamin Push-Up may provide workout suggestions, progress tracking, streaks, reminders, and adaptive training logic. We do not guarantee any specific fitness, strength, health, or performance results.
4. Auto-Sense and Tracking Accuracy
Vitamin Push-Up may use device sensors, including proximity sensing, to estimate or count push-up repetitions. Sensor availability and accuracy vary by device and conditions.
Rep counts, workout recommendations, streaks, reminders, and progress statistics may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying your own activity and using manual controls when needed.
5. Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using Vitamin Push-Up and performing exercises, including risk of injury, strain, overexertion, or other harm.
6. User Responsibility
You agree to use the app safely and appropriately. You are responsible for your exercise environment, device placement, form, intensity, and decisions during workouts.
Do not use the app in unsafe conditions or while distracted.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. App Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitamin Push-Up and its developers are not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the app, exercise activity, reliance on app content, sensor inaccuracies, or inability to use the app.
